Spiritual Covering - To provide an interdependent covering for ministry accountability and personal responsibility to foster ministry integrity.

Ministerial Credentials - As needed, to provide an ecclesiastical covering through credentialing to meet legal requirements to assure public credibility.

Personal Discipleship & Mentoring - To engage in the process of speaking into one's life, father-to-son, to mature one into their full potential and ministry stature.

Ministry Coaching & Counseling - To provide advice, tactics, and strategies, as a guide on the side, in the decision-making process relating to personal issues and ministry matters.

Presbytery Teams - To resource through The Connection a cadre of ordained elders forming teams of presbyters to assist in ordination services.

Leadership & Management Consultations- To provide assistance in the selection, training, and development of leaders, ministers, and ministry staff via private consultations, seminars or workshops.

Church Administration Assistance - To provide advice and assistance in setting up the legal, financial, administrative, and staffing framework to support the fulfillment of your vision.
